What We Do:

Each client starts with a personal consultation, so that we can discover the style, theme, and effect. Then we begin to make it a reality. We cover every element of your event, from favors to florists. No detail is ever too small.
  • Event Coordination ~ From beginning to end, or sometimes just in between. We can be your full time party planner, or just a helping hand; keeping you on schedule, and stress free. We work with top quality vendors and service providers to direct all of the details, miniscule or grand, of your event and manage the contracts so you can have peace of mind. Put simply we are the liaison between. Our expertise and proficiency will assure you the best quality, price and selection of all your event must haves. We will be there on the day of your event to manage all of your vendors, and coordinate every detail for a flawless event. While nurturing family, guests, and of course fabulous you.

Parker Events was launched by event designer & coordinator, Kaycee Parker, in 2005. With a background in hospitality & catering, Kaycee not only knows the inner workings of events but also escorts you through them with warmth and sincerity, putting you at ease to enjoy the day. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Washington.

Hello, hello! Thanks for stopping by! I love a good party & am obsessed with organization, but even better I love making my clients happy. What can I say? I’m a people pleaser. The joy I get from seeing you happy & stress free is honestly why I do what I do.

Hiring a planner is a personal choice, so let's get to know me better.

§  If offered, I will never turn down a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne. 

§  If it is a musical I will almost always sing along. There’s no way like Broadway. Which brings me to my next point…

§  If there is music, I am usually dancing (not well, but dancing). I do keep my singing & dancing in check for events I am actually working.

§  I have three wonderful guys at home. Two of them are small & keep me on my toes. The other I like to stand on my toes to smooch. 

§  In addition, I have two furry babies, Jack & Ella. 

§  I love the beauty of the PNW & sometimes my favorite color is gray. It really depends on the day.

§  I adore all animals. Yep, all of them.
